About the VIP Reception
Please check in at the table on the mezzanine level, near the main lobby. From there, we'll guide you to the Flemish Ballroom to spend time with our keynote speaker and performer, Yo-Yo Ma.
To keep the memory and eliminate the use of phones, a photographer will be present to capture photos which will be sent to you following the event.
After the reception, please join the festivities in the Rotunda where the Opening Reception will be in progress.
Parking
Complimentary parking will be provided to all Gala guests.
Valet — Upon arrival, please tell valet you are with the Virginia Law Foundation, and your parking will be automatically validated.
Self-parking — Should you wish to self-park at either the Adams or Main Street lot, a validation code will be posted here by September 19.
Event Check-in
No ticket is required. Simply provide your name at the check-in table.
Seating
You will receive your table number at check-in, and a place card will be set at your seat.
